Session 2 & 3

A fierce storm forced the party to run ashore on the island of Peum

Exploring the island they ran into an seemingly abandoned camp. At first Mirelys Stormroot just strolled up to the camp and went to sit by the fire. the rest snuck around and found a larger creature laying on a ridge observing Mirelys Stormroot. Geerten warned her using message.
The creature turned out to be a minotaur by the name of Kastor Splinterhorn. With Mirelys Stormroot her disquise as a minotaur and the party joining up one by one they managed to bring Kastor at ease and became friends, but not before Ora Gloomsong sneakely got hold of Kastors diary and read a few pages.

The next day they headed into The Labyrinth of the Drowning Queen were soon they learned what it was that ailed Kastor. He is the only know minotaur to have zero sense of direction, something terrible and unheard off in his culture. He has been out here for a long time looking for a cure.

They find a room with skeletal remains on the floor. In the center are a few weapon racks and at the back is a lit fire place. On a desk in the far right corner stands a glass bell with in it a small tree holding perfectly purple berries. Detect magic shows abjuration magic on this bell. Unaware of his parties actions and findings Geerten walked up to the bell, lifts it and grabs the tree. Before Rocktor and Kastor can destroy all the skeletal remains they come to life. The fight is short lived as the skeletons are destroyed and peace returns. While closer inspecting the ever burning fireplace Rocktor get sucked into the fire and it immediately extinguishes.

Now motivated to find Rocktor the party presses on. The next thing they encounter is an large open corridor wiht a stone walkway through the center. Both sides of the walkway seem to have an endless dropdown.
The faint light at the far side of the corridor reveals to seemingly enormous creatures.
With some well places fire bolts Geerten starts lighting the brasseries ahead of them. From the shadows emerges an catlike creatures with a human like face and wings on back, a sphinx. But not nearly as big as expected. Itette a young teenage sphinx stands (mostly) ready to present the party with a ridle. Behind Itette still loams a enormous creature in the shadows.
With some questions form Geerten and effective bullying by Ora Gloomsong they learn that it is Itette's first riddle and that the shadow behind her is her protective mother, who takes notice of Ora's tone.

The party manages to answer Itette's riddle and both her and her mother disappear, providing the party with a way of finding the end of the labyrint.

At the final chamber the party is greeted by a magical visage rising from a fountain, beckoning to them to come in.

After some back and forward, and Necalli presenting a captured and drowning Rocktor. Ora Gloomsong enters the room unarmed. Any attempt at conversation fails as a fight erupts. Necalli summons some of her old royal guard to aid her, but they prove no match for the party.
With some powerfull swings of weapons, hurling of spells and the magical destruction of her fountain's water the cursed queen is defeated.

They resuce Rocktor from his watery prison and from the remaining treasures learn of the existance of Thalassara. A now ruined city on the island of Askleos. They realize that a place like that might poses a lot of treasures and powerfull magics and decide to put it on their now new list of places to visit: The home of the fallen Queen
